All the advice we give you is confidential. We will give you the facts, whatever the situation.

How do I get advice or support?

You can get in touch with us by contacting reception or the main office at your nearest campus. You can email us at gaws@themanchestercollege.ac.uk

You can get advice

  • by booking an appointment
  • at a drop-in session
  • by email
  • at group sessions, on subjects like careers, university or money
  • using the computer programs at the LRCs (library resource centres)

What happens to the information I give you?

Any information you give us about yourself will be kept confidential. We can give you a better service if you give us true and up to date information.

Sometimes we might ask you what you think of our service. Anything you tell us will be confidential. It will help us give you a better service in the future.
