What's the Project Management Fundamentals course about?
PRINCE2 will teach you how to use a method to manage a project, but it does not teach you the techniques of project management, such as scheduling, estimating and resourcing. The Project Management Fundamentals course has a section on Product Based Planning, which fits in well with a PRINCE2 approach, and can form part of the 'jigsaw' that makes up project management training in a PRINCE2 environment.
