This instructor-led seminar provides delegates with the knowledge and skills to be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

Consolidation of PRINCE2 knowledge
• Review of the structure of PRINCE2, concentrating on the 8 processes and how they are used during the life of a project
• Review of the components and how they are applied during the project
• Review of each of the techniques including product based planning exercises
Practical Application of PRINCE2
• Applying PRINCE2 to different project situations and sizes of project
• Group and individual exercises to use PRINCE2 to solve different project issues
• Developing an approach to risk management
• Product based planning examples and exercises
• Exam preparation and PRINCE2 Practitioner exam

Fees payable are £795; this includes all learning materials and the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination fee. Please note that before the PRINCE2 pre-course study materials can be released, Manchester NTI will require the following: a letter from your employer (on headed paper) confirming their financial support OR a deposit of £150.00. Full and final payment must be made before the course commences.

Manchester NTI delivers PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training at the highly competitive rate of £795. Unlike a number of our competitors, the price quoted includes all learning materials and the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exam fees.
Manchester NTI does not charge VAT, this is particularly important for students who are self -funding. Our competitors add VAT on to their list prices; this could mean an additional £150 - £170 in course fees for self funding students.

This course is designed for project managers and project team members who hold the Foundation Certificate in PRINCE2.
